HMS Group announced the appointment of Vera Timoshenko as its new Head of Investor Relations effective September 20, 2013. She will be responsible for investor relations and financial communications with analysts and investors.
Prior to joining HMS Group, Ms. Timoshenko has worked in Investor Relations for two leading Russian public companies - Federal Grid and MMC Norilsk Nickel.
Ms. Timoshenko has bachelor's degrees in international journalism and corporate law from Moscow State University and additional background in financial management from High School of Economics.
She also has the Certificate in Investor Relations from the UK IR Society.
