China's software industry generated total revenues of CNY1.661 trillion (US$270.7 billion) in January-July 2013, growing 23.8% on year, according to statistics by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
The total export value of software products and services in the period was US$22.1 billion, accounting for 8.2% of the total revenues and rising 19.7% on year.
