NILIT, a Global leader in manufacturing of nylon 6.6, has announced that it has acquired the Texturing & Covering facility of Scalina in Sao Paulo.
"The Latin American Market and especially Brasil are a critical growth region for NILIT," says Fabio Kahn Managing Director, Fibers Division. "The demand for our high quality fibers in this region has grown considerably over recent years. Our facility in Brasil will allow us to meet customer’s demand from within the country as well as to expand our presence in this strategic market."
NILIT with manufacturing sites in Israel, USA, China has now added Brasil into its Global activity, of producing branded yarns that are in high demand for the textile industry , in the intimate apparel, body wear, leg-wear, and active wear categories.
NILIT has been very pleased with the warm welcome and encouragement it received from everyone in the Scalina Texturing/Covering site.
