ProTec Polymer Processing is set to introduce its new D600 series frame sizes for stationary SOMOS material drying systems.
The company's SOMOS BB 150 batch dosing machine, which can be operated in overfeeding mode for multi-component mixtures has been designed for extruding as well as for injection moulding machines, azom.com reported.
With a throughput of around 150 kg/h, the machine supports up to four free-flowing components.
According to ProTec, the machine can be mounted on to a processing machine's material feeder.
The German provider of machines and complete system solutions, ProTec will also unveil a new conveying machine controller, a gravimetric batch dosing system and the new OHL process for treating used PET bottles into R-PET.
