On Sept 13, Zhenghe Group’s technical and quality departments held an internal meeting to call for overhaul and renovation. At the meeting, leadership proposed a liaison system in the technical department to offer technical supervision and guidance for process changes, technical renovation and continuous improvement. It aims to lay a solid foundation for quality and effective completion of overhaul and renovation.
At the meeting, employees were asked to follow company rules, maintain discipline, wear work clothes and pay attention to safe field operations during the overhaul. The company also called for the implementation of a material acceptance system, urging relevant personnel to live up to their responsibilities. It also asked other departments to join the acceptance checks on materials and sign for them after confirmation.
