Metsa Wood Has Launched New Plywood Products Designed to Raise Architectural Quality

Metsä Wood (previously Finnforest) has launched new plywood products designed to raise architectural quality and improve margins for concrete formwork construction. Endura Pro, Endura and FastForm have been launched for various system shuttering and special formwork applications, as well as for the concrete element industry and construction sites using loose panel formwork. The panels feature a thermoplastic overlay to improve durability, strength and smoothness. Metsa Wood says its birch plywood products Endura Pro and Endura can be reused up to 300 times and 200 times respectively, while the spruce-plywood-based FastForm can be reused up to 15 times. The panels are produced on a new production line at the Metsä Wood plywood mill in Suolahti, Finland. Source: ttjonline.com
