Tapflo Group Introduces The Guardian System to Be Used in Barrier Pumps

Tapflo Group introduces the Guardian system to be used in barrier pumps, a successful method to safe guard a pump with an all pneumatic solution.

Barrier pumps have an additional set of diaphragms used to backup the primary diaphragms. In the event of a breach; the liquid is contained within the pump, instead of leaking out through the air exhaust.

The Guardian monitors the pressure between the primary and secondary diaphragms, stopping the pump if the pressure increases above the set point. This is all done automatically and is available with options to offer VF signals and audible alarms.

The New Guardian MK 3.1 - ATEX:

ATEX approved (EXII2GDT135?C).Easy to install.Withstand pressure of up to 25 bar.Light and compact.Internal regulator making it less vulnerable to damage.Pneumatically operated making it very cost effective.
