He is an experienced industry expert and held senior roles at Esprit, Adidas and Lego. Prior to PUMA, Soerensen was COO at the Danish apparel company Bestseller.

Effective 3 February 2014, Jürgen Wormser (45) has taken up the role as Global Director Footwear Sourcing and Development based in Ho Chi Minh City, reporting to Shirley Justice, General Manager Global Sourcing. His position will be key in driving PUMA's Global Footwear Strategy and ensuring fast processes, systems and structures are in place.
