Johann Offner Has Acquired a 74.9% Holding in KLH Massivholz

The Austrian company Johann Offner has acquired a 74.9% holding in the cross laminated timber producer KLH Massivholz. Secrecy was agreed regarding the purchase price. The remaining 25.1% of shares remain in the ownership of Christian Loimayr, who together with Bernd Oswald will continue to head KLH. Heimo de Monte, Herwig Lercher and Wolfgang Weirer, who built up KLH, are leaving the company. Hans Michael Offner, managing partner of the Johann Offner group of companies, describes the acquisition as a means of extending the value-added chain in the wood sector within the Offner Group
