US-based Ninkasi Brewing has introduced new Oktoberfest to its Prismatic Lager Series, in time for fall season.
The second Prismatic Lager Series beer is brewed by using malts such as Pilsner, Vienna, and Carahell, as well as with hops, which include German Magnum and German Hersbrucker.
The Dortmund-style lager comes with 5.1% ABV and 25 IBUs.
Oktoberfest is available in 12-ounce bottles, and on-draft at Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, California in US, and at Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada.
Ninkasi Brewing founding brewer and co-owner Jamie Floyd said that the brewery has added Dortmund-style lager to the Prismatic Lager Series as Oktoberfest.
"Neither a helles nor pilsner, this style embodies a perfect balance of malt and hops that is neither sweet nor bitter," Floyd added.
