The resin and moulding-compound manufacturer Chemiplastica took over the assets of the phenol-resin producer PA Resins, which has been insolvent since 9 May. The company, which had submitted the best offer following the bidding process initiated after the bankruptcy, will continue the activities of PA Resins at the existing site via the newly formed subsidiary Chemiplastica Resins and take over most of the remaining work force of 54 from PA Resins.
