Panache Beverages, an alcoholic beverage company specializing in the development, global sales and marketing of spirits brands, held its first town meeting on Wednesday, October 16th in Miami Beach, Florida and discussed its current growth strategy.
CEO James Dale outlined a three-phase growth strategy for the Panache business and its brands. Shareholders were informed that Panache has just completed its first phase, building the foundation, which included establishing Panache as a true portfolio company, vertically integrating the business with the distillery acquisition, expanding its sales and marketing infrastructure and beginning to unlock alternative revenue streams.
Also discussed was the company's current phase of organic growth, including its continued focus on supporting existing base brands Wódka Vodka, Alibi American Whiskey and Alchemia Infused as well as the future addition of new brand extensions.
The final phase outlined was the company's accelerated growth phase where Panache will seek acquisitions to compliment its existing portfolio, strategic alliances with major spirits suppliers or a possible brand or company sale.
"Panache has a clear vision for its future and is also keenly aware of its strengths and limitations," Dale explained. "Articulating this vision to our shareholders was very important and something which we will continue to update them on in the future."
