Originwater Technology signed a cooperation agreement with Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) on May 9 to set up "Shanxi Taigang Originwater Environmental Science and Technology Company Limited".
The newborn, in which Originwater will invest CNY 90 million for a 45% stake and Taiyuan Iron will invest CNY 110 million for a 55% stake, undertake water treatment and environmental engineering, production and sale of running water and wastewater treatment membranes and complete-set equipment, and water investment and operation.
