Russia's Ferrous Metal Exports Decreased by 8.6 Percent Year on Year to 8.857 Million Mt

In the January-March period of this year, Russia's ferrous metal exports decreased by 8.6 percent year on year to 8.857 million mt, including 842,500 mt of pig iron, down 27.4 percent year on year, according to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat). The total value of Russia's ferrous metal exports in January-March this year was $4.882 billion, down 15.6 percent year on year.
