It’s reported that Chung Hung Steel, one of the major carbon steelmakers in Taiwan released its prices for September.
Chung Hung Steel decided to raise its list prices for hot rolled and cold rolled steel products by NT$400/ton respectively. Also, it increased the prices for galvanized steel products by NT$500/ton.
Besides, the company hiked the export prices by US$10~US$20/ton averagely.
After the adjustment, its ex-work prices for hot rolled steel products are at NT$17,200~NT$17,300/ton; those for cold rolled steel products are at NT$20,200~NT$20,400/ton and those for galvanized steel products are at NT$20,500~NT$20,800/ton.
