India's state-owned miner National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) has announced that in the quarter ended June 30 of the financial year 2013-14, its iron ore output amounted to 6.83 million mt, up by a slight margin of 0.29 percent compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
NMDC also stated that its iron ore sales volume during the given period was 7.26 million mt, 5.83 percent higher than in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
