Tetra Pak’s new automated pasteuriser makes prepared food fast. It switches between hot- and ambient-filled products readily. It moves from one recipe to another with just a push of a button. It can be used for sauces, dressings, pastes, dips and soups – all in the one day if needs be. And all with consistent product quality.
This pasteuriser extends the Tetra Pak’s existing hot fill / high acid portfolio. Its multiple product capability provides manufacturers with a greater opportunity to respond to shifts in market demand.
“The user-friendly technology and level of automation incorporated within Tetra Pak Pasteurizer PF adds up to a compelling solution for a broad customer profile in the prepared food industry. A fair proportion of these are existing users of Tetra Pak equipment, for whom adopting this technology will provide opportunities to develop new revenue streams,” Anders Yngwe Söderstjerna, manager of Tetra Pak’s centre of expertise for prepared food, noted.
“Its competitively low cost of total ownership also positions it as the ideal point of entry system for companies that hitherto have been unable to access this market.”
Tetra Pak Pasteurizer PF can be operated either as a standalone system or integrated with other Tetra Pak equipment on a processing line. Its modular format also allows for more functions to be added in stages.
