It’s reported that the Chinese steel giant Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp. (WISCO) has acquired ThyssenKrupp Tailored Blanks successfully and the two parties have completed the relative transfer procedures.
ThyssenKrupp Tailored Blanks belongs to a German steel giant ThyssenKrupp and it is a tailored blanks manufacturer with 16 mills in Germany, Sweden and the other 7 counties, accounting for 40% of global market shares.
Meanwhile, it’s known that Wisco has established a company named Wuhan Iron and Steel Group International Laser Welding Co. in Germany, mainly to supply laser welding system used in the automotive industry with body products.
