UK-based Chadwicks, the producer of pre-cut lids and shrink-sleeves of Clondalkin company, has improved its quality assurance and industry leading standards, as it bagged the PS9000 pharmaceutical accreditation.
This accreditation is an addition to its existing BRC Version 4 certification (Grade A) and ISO 9001 accreditation, according to packagingeurope.com.
Chadwicks sales and marketing director Martin Hardman said while bagging PS9000 accreditation was a great achievement, its ability to deliver specialist products designed to support the technical requirements of the market continues to be its core competencies.
"We see particular opportunities for our shrink sleeve products in pharmaceutical packaging applications and have been working on innovations which offer added value in the sector that we are offering now," Hardman said.
For Chadwicks, the accreditation is said to be a platform to build business in the pharmaceutical market.
Chadwicks with considerable experience in the flexible packaging industry and is a provider in pre-cut lid manufacture and a supplier of choice in shrink sleeve production.
