The machine produces over 80,000 tons of high quality, white kraft paper, traded under the name of Staarkraft.
Werner Hartmann, managing director of Starkraft, said: "We are pleased that the new paper machine is running very smoothly and producing a high quality bleached kraft paper, branded under the name of Starkraft.
"The integration of the pulp mill and paper machine not only guarantees the supply of raw material, but also supports an energy efficient production because the pulp drying process and transport are not necessary."
