Flos has collaborated with Swedish photographer Carl Kleiner to present an exhibition, entitled Architectural Lighting, as part of this year’s London Design Festival.
The exhibition, currently on display at London lighting showroom Atrium, comprises a series of abstract photographic compositions, each one incorporating Flos luminaires. Kleiner has also used sections of coloured paper and other more industrial materials, such as sandpaper, marble, wood and brass, to create geometric grids. The photographs were originally taken for the latest catalogue from Flos Architectural, the architectural lighting division of the Italian manufacturer. Kleiner was commissioned by internationally-acclaimed art director Omar Sosa to play with the shapes and details of the new lighting products from the company.

After debuting in Milan earlier this year, this is the first time the collection has been presented in the UK. The exhibition is open from 10am-5pm every day until 19 September.
