Stapleton-Spence Adds Shrink Labeling System as Bottling Production Line

US-based Stapleton-Spence Packing has announced the addition of a full sleeve shrink labeling system as part of enhancement of its bottling production line. The new vertical system can label up to 450 bottles per minute.

According to the company, the additional artwork area of a full sleeve label is used to engage consumers. Full sleeve wraps may also be used for tamper evidence, protecting consumers and brand reputations.

The labels can also help manage bottle inventory and full label graphics can replace the need to inventory different colored bottles.

Stapleton-Spence Packing president Brad Stapleton commenting on the new line said: "The new shrink label system is just one of many company initiatives to stay current with what is important to our co-pack partners."

The company produces ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages and hot fill such as juice, tea, sports beverages, flavored waters, energy drinks, sauces, concentrates, and syrups.
