Roche Diabetes Care, a manufacturer of Accu-Chek products, has launched new Accu-Chek Nano SmartView system.
The Accu-Chek Nano SmartView system features Accu-Chek Nano meter, SmartView test strips and the FastClix lancing device.
The system also features a small, sleek design, no coding backlit display which enables patients to test at night time.
Roche said testing with the meter only requires a small drop of blood (0.6 microliters) and provides a blood glucose reading within 5 seconds.
Roche Diabetes Care head Marc Gibeley said the company is committed to provide an user-friendly blood glucose meter that can be easily integrated into the lives of people with diabetes.
"It is a smaller, sleeker option in our broad portfolio of ACCU-CHEK meters," Gibeley added.
