Government Has Put Forward Some Laws for Italian Home Building Materials Industry

Ever since the financial crisis struck the Italian building materials industry in 2008, the government has put forward some laws and regulations to compensate manufacturing enterprises. In the Italian legal system, the factories can not fire the workers easily. To fire a worker will cost the factory a fortune. But after the new regulation come into effect, the company can file an application to the government, explaining how many people are needed to keep the factory running, and how much is the daily expense. When the application is approved, the factory can let the redundant staff to stay at home. These staff can still get 50% of their wages which are paid by the government; the factories do not need to bear any cost. After the financial crisis, the Italian market has two main trends, one is affordable product, and the other is luxurious or high-end product. In contrast, enterprises which continue to take the middle and low end products are facing a relatively huge challenge. In Italy, you can find a lot of Made-in-China goods easily, but frankly speaking, the first impression of Chinese goods to European people is cheap and of poor quality. In many Italy low-cost supermarkets, the best-seller is no longer made in China, but Ukraine and the neighboring countries around Italy. As a result, it is time for the Chinese ceramic industry to unite together and cooperate with each other. Source: www.fstcb.com
