Vertafore, a provider of software and services to the insurance industry, has introduced a new cloud-based solution, Vertafore Agency Platform, which brings together all the capabilities that help insurance agencies to further develop their business.
Vertafore Agency Platform was launched at the 2013 NetVU conference in March, since then more than 60 agencies have signed up for the new offering.
Unlike the traditional agency management system, the Vertafore Agency Platform integrates capabilities of AMS360, PL Rating, Pipeline Manager, ReferenceConnect, WorkSmart, Engage, TransactNOW and BenefitPoint.
It includes rating, pipeline management, eForms and download, producer licensing and commissions, content for subject matter experts, agency management, reporting and benefits management.
The platform is available in three packages - CL and PL, which are designed for agencies focused on commercial lines and/or personal lines, while CL Plus is intended for larger agencies to manage complex commercial lines.
