It’s reported that Indian steelmaker Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) announced that its finished steel production totaled 1.08 million tons in July, rising by 3% year on year. In July, the energy consumption at SAIL’s plants improved by 1% and its blast furnace productivity rose by 2%, both compared to the figures in the same period of 2012. |
