Stora Enso Speciality Papers has announced the launch of its new white graphic liner MediaLiner for corrugated packaging, displays and other laminates targeting brand owners who seek better packaging.
Produced at the company's mill in Uetersen, Germany from pure virgin fiber, MediaLiner is white throughout and the resultant brightness is supported by a double silk coated smooth surface that permits a clear color reproduction in printing on corrugated board or laminated material.
The new graphic liner is available in basis weights of 120, 135, 160, 190 and 220gsm and features visual qualities as well as converting performance and glue absorption characteristics.
Suitable for both offset and flexography and ideal for pre-print and direct printing using either sheets or reels, MediaLiner serves as a preferred choice for different flutes and packaging sizes.
According to the German company, MediaLiner has been developed specifically to address various packaging requirements and gives brand owners a host of new ways to create product appearance.
Stora Enso's complete range of liners includes LumiFlex Liner and LumiLabel Liner from its mill in Imatra, Finland, and LumiLiner and MediaLiner from its Uetersen mill in Germany.
