Flying Toys will distribute the new Bebop Drone this September.
Parrot’s new Bebop Drone – dubbed the Flying Camera – has landed on UK shores.
Flying Toys, gadget specialists and distributors of Parrot’s popular Drone collection, is ‘delighted to welcome the new launch.’
Equipped with a high definition 14 mega pixels camera, the Bebop Drone takes video and pictures all while being piloted by a Smartphone or Tablet.
David Rawlins, managing director of Flying Toys, said: “Flying toys is particularly proud to distribute the brilliant Parrot Bebop Drone.
“It’s a sophisticated leisure quadricopter with all the features of a professional one.”
Furthermore, an optional Parot Bebop Skycontroller allows the pilot to control the drone via two joysticks, while its amplified Wi-Fi radio means the drone can be flown with a range of up to two kilometers.
“For extreme sensations, it is also possible to connect First Person View glasses to the Skycontroller, allowin the camera to follow head movements, while the pilot controls the drone,” added Rawlins.
The first full delivery of the Parrot Bebop drone is anticipated to land at the end of September, while a price point is still to be announced.
