Ecolean is planning to showcase filling machines designed for liquid food industry at the upcoming Anuga FoodTec 2018 event to be held in Germany.
Ever since 2000, when Ecolean first showcased its lightweight packaging solutions, the company has presented a continuous stream of game-changing innovations at Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, Germany.
This year’s event is no different. Proving that it is possible to provide the world with lightweight, safe and convenient packaging solutions for liquid food with minimal environmental impact, Ecolean will present no less than two new filling machines and a whole new take on sustainability.
Ecolean’s ambition is to provide the world with a lighter approach to packaging. At Anuga FoodTec, we invite visitors to join us and experience how Ecolean’s innovative packaging solutions can improve brand perception, and let your liquid food product be the everyday champion it deserves to be, says Peter L. Nilsson, CEO, Ecolean.
At this year’s Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, Ecolean will take visitors on a journey where a lighter life is in focus. By showing every step of the way – from production of packaging material and filling of liquid food product, to how the lightweight packages stand out on the shelf and become the next everyday champion in the consumer’s home, as well as what happens at the package’s end-of-life. It proves to everyone how important it is to take the full life cycle into account, instead of focusing on just one raw material. Ecolean will explain why you should always ask your packaging supplier for an EPD – Environmental Product Declaration – so that you get the full picture.
The new filling machine EL6 will be shown for the first time in the Ecolean stand at Anuga FoodTec, filling up to 18,000 portion-sized packages per hour, for ambient distribution. This is Ecolean’s fastest filling machine ever developed – with a capacity increase of 50%. The new EL2+ filling machine with doubled capacity within the same footprint, fills up to 12,000 portion-sized packages per hour for chilled distribution, and will be on display at Anuga FoodTec.
