Hawthorn Pharmaceuticals has installed Fiberlink's MaaS360 for the deployment of iPads and management of its CRM application.
The mobile cloud-based solution will eliminate servers, forgo the need of internal staff constantly upgrading software and improving the customers' experience.
Using MaaS360's secure document sharing feature, the company automatically distributes and tracks acceptance of its compliance manual, alleviating any non-compliance concerns.
The MaaS360's web-based management console offers Hawthorn with complete control over the iPads and apps.
Hawthorn Information Technology director Clay Hilton said MaaS360 enabled the firm to deploy iPads and apps to its entire sales force with zero risk of non-compliance.
"The MaaS360 cloud-based platform lets us concentrate directly on the strategic components that are critical for continued top line growth for the company," Hilton added.
Fiberlink president Christopher Clark said MaaS360 delivers critical MDM functionality and ease of use while providing benefits that only a cloud-based platform can offer.
