Furniture retailer IKEA has recalled a track lighting system after a ground connection in the product was found to be faulty. The defect, which could pose an electric shock hazard has been found in the IKEA 365 + SÄNDA track, 28” and 45” product, of which 5,000 units have been sold in the US and 97,000 units worldwide
The recalled tracks are model numbers 00149242 and 10149246 and customers have been told to stop using the tracks and return them to an IKEA store for replacement or a refund.
