Oxxford Clothes, the iconic bespoke suit maker in Chicago, IL announces the launch of the new Oxxford iPhone/iPad app called OXXAssist.
The application was designed to be a sales tool for their wholesale customers to assist them in streamlining the order process.
"This application allows us to create an avenue of discussion between our wholesale accounts and the cutting floor," said Don Deisch, COO of Oxxford. "It's technology supporting one of America's time honored menswear traditions – the last hand made in America bespoke suit."
The app allows an associate or clothier to take customer photos and upload them, along with descriptions, for viewing by the very people constructing the garments. According to Keli Roberson, Merchandising Coordinator, "It helps us address fit issues and be more responsive to the needs of the customer."
"We are thrilled to launch this exciting sales tool and anticipate our wholesale accounts will really appreciate this added means of communication," said Bob Denton, President of Oxxford Clothes. "We feel the ultimate value is to the customer wearing Oxxford Clothes. This exchange of information will assist us in creating a more perfect garment, enhancing the already elevated experience of wearing the 'best hand-made suit in America.'"
Oxxford Clothes is available through the best menswear and specialty stores across America. It was founded in 1916 and serves America's most discriminating gentlemen.
