Already established as one of BSW’s largest customers, Scott Pallets has formalised this trading relationship with the agreement. The company will also continue to maintain its timber supply through other partners.
"During the process of formalising the relationship our own growth plans were identified as complimentary to BSW’s future planned investments and expansion, said David Lee, director of Scott Pallets’ manufacturing division.
The latest market statistics and reports revealed that construction in the UK grew at its fastest pace in seven months, which boosted jobs but put a strain on material supplying.
As a result Scott Pallets predict a manufactured sales increase of 14% year on year in 2014 and further rise beyond.
