Rudolf Ostermann Took Over The Belgian Company Van Der Kuylen Trading

The edges trading company Rudolf Ostermann took over the Belgian company van der Kuylen Trading, which operates in the same sector in June. The previous owners, Mr and Mrs van der Kuylen, will leave the company at the end of 2012, while their son Alain van der Kuylen will work the Belgian market for Ostermann as sales manager. Dagmar Daxenberger, sole managing partner of Ostermann since the departure of Rudolf Ostermann in July 2005, will take over as chairwoman of the board at the new Belgian subsidiary. Erik Sambros, who has for the last three years headed the Dutch Ostermann company Medomat, will in addition to his duties at that company also be on the board of van der Kuylen and be responsible for operational business. The Belgian company is now the fifth foreign subsidiary in the Ostermann Group.
