Endexx, a provider of M3Hub technology and the Autospense dispense platform, has entered into a contract with CEN Biotech, a subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition.
Under the deal, Endexx will provide its proprietary 'Seed to Sale' total inventory management, traceability, and compliance platform for a new business of CEN Biotech.
Endexx CEO Todd Davis said the company aims to continually form collaboration alliances and partnerships that promote a sustainable industry platform in the Cannabis related markets.
"Key partners like Creative Edge, provide opportunities to innovate and improve processes and technologies necessary to support each company's business models," Davis said.
The alliance, which will support growth for both companies, will see the use of individual and group skill sets for the development of technology and growth of business, while centralizing costs and reducing redundancies.
Dispense Labs has been responsible for the research, design and development of Autospense smart system that allows for the automated dispensing of medical marijuana.
Autospense, which is a high-tech automated dispensing system, provides precise inventory control, using predictive analytic algorithm and tracking software.
