Linpac Allibert is set to launch a range of handling and logistics containers that have been designed to address the complex needs of automated handling equipment.
The containers are combined with consistent sizing, which makes them suitable for the tolerances demanded by automated warehouse and logistics operations that include conveyor systems, automated storage and retrieval systems, robot handling, de-nesting and wash plants.
Linpac Allibert sales manager Steve Goodland said systems integrators are working with the handling systems to meet the growing complexity of modern automated warehouses, packagingeurope.com reported.
"Our range of plastic containers and totes are injection moulded in polypropylene or high density polyethylene, materials renowned for strength, durability and hygiene," Goodland added.
Stacking and nesting containers, small parts storage, bulk handling containers, pallets and dollies form part of the containers range from Linpac for automated handling.
