UK-based food packaging company, Linpac has unveiled its new Rfresh MB tray for meat and fish, combined with the LINtop Star range of lidding films.
The Rfresh MB trays, which are made from rPET, offer good barrier performance and contain up to 95% food grade post-consumer recyclate which goes through the company's food grade 'super cleaning' on-site technology.
According to the company, the new trays keep food fresher for longer and help retailers reduce spoilage and waste. The rigidity of the trays ensures that the product reaches the consumer in the best possible condition.
The LINtop Star films when used in conjunction with Rfresh MB trays provide customers with an optimized packaging solution with good environmental attributes.
