Global provider of advanced equipment and systems Marel will introduce its I-Slice 3300 slicing machine for smoked salmon at Seafood Processing Europe taking place from 23-25 April 2013 in Brussels.
According to the company, the I-Slice 3300 slices and delivers fixed-weight batches and is claimed to set new standards in the production of retail-packed salmon slices.
It slices with a variable or fixed number of slices on boards or trays with virtually no manual handling.
The machine features separating head and tail slices, and several options on delivering ways of the slices for packing.
