Critical Diagnostics has announced two new distribution partners for cardiac biomarker test, the Presage ST2 assay, in the Asia Pacific region.
The company has selected Chennai Medipoint as distributor in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Innovative Biotech, a subsidiary of Rotary Engineering, was named as the distributor in Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar.
Critical Diagnostics Asia Pacific business development vice president John Butterfield said the Presage ST2 assay will contribute to providing better treatment management tools to health professionals and better outcomes for cardiac disease patients for many years to come.
The Presage ST2 Assay quantitatively measures the level of ST2, which has been shown to be a predictor of mortality as well as all-cause hospitalization, in the blood.
