Taiwna-based crystalline silicon solar cell maker Solartech Energy has reported consolidated revenues of NT$701 million (US$23.4 million) for September, the highest monthly level since July 2012 with on-month growth of 7.51% and on-year growth of 127.74%.
Solartech's consolidated revenues reached NT$1.983 billion for the third quarter of 2013 and NT$4.695 billion for January-September, respectively rising 23.72% sequentially and dropping 9.06% on year.
According to the Chinese-language newspaper Commercial Times, Solartech is expanding annual production capacity from 30MWp to 60MWp by the end of 2013. The company plans to further increase its capacity to 180MWp in 2014, Commercial Times indicated.
