Inspection machines manufacturer Rotocontrol has announced that its local agent in South Africa for Rotocontrol/LeoMat brand of finishing machines, Rotocon, sold two new RSC slitter/rewinders.
One machine was sold to a packaging manufacturer and a third RSC equipped with an AVT Helios First and Domino Inkjet for sequence numbering was installed at a South African converter.
Rotocontrol's finishing machine RSC slitter/rewinder is said to offer a complete suite of standard features in a compact solution designed to maximize operator efficiency with less time in set-up.
Both the configurations feature a strobe light, improved vertical vacuum splice table with integrated waste rewind, and the AVT Helios 100% inspection technology system.
Rotocon director Patrick Aengenvoort said, "It has been a successful year for ROTOCON with all of the principals we represent including ROTOCONTROL, MPS, Pantec GS Systems, and Advanced Vision Technology (AVT)."
