China's Toys Export in November Amounted to US$2.44 Billion, up by 21.18 % Year on Year

China’s toys export in November amounted to US$2.44 billion, up by 21.18 % year on year, down by 28.82% month on month. According to China Customs Statistics, China toys export in the first 11 months surpassed 22.44 billion, down by 3.24% compared with last year.

Among all the categories, export of video games (not coin or disc-operated) took the largest share with US$ 1.18 billion, accounting for 48.32% of the total, up by 17.06% year on year. Export of traditional toys (include dolls, educational toys, puzzles, electric trains and toy musical instruments etc.) reached US$980 million, up by 26.64% year on year, accounting for 40.20% of the total; export of festive articles totaled US$ 126 million, up 21.87% year on year, accounting for 5.17% of the total; export of baby strollers & bicycles amounted to US$ 246 million, up 28.24% year on year, accounting for 10.09% of the total.

Among all the export destinations, the U.S., Hong Kong and Japan ranked the top three with US$768 million, US$675 million and US$210 million respectively.
