Recticel Purchased 67,081 of Its Own Shares on Nyse Euronext Brussels

Further to the announced buy-back program of 326,800 shares, to cover the stock option plan of 2012 in favor of the management, Recticel reports it has purchased 67,081 of its own shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels.

This corresponds to 0.23 % of the total shares outstanding.

Together with the shares previously bought back, the total number of shares now owned by Recticel amounts to 326,800 (1.13 %). Recticel has hereby completed its share buy-back program.
