The Korean Steel Giant Posco Announced to Expand Its Two Auto Sheet Coil Centers in Mexico

It is reported that the Korean steel giant Posco announced to expand its two auto sheet coil centers in Mexico last week. The constructions of new plants began between late January and early February this year. In fact, Posco has announced its new processing center named Posco-MPPC, in Celaya city in the state of Guanajuato. The new plant has designed an annual auto sheet production capacity of 110,000 tons on November 25th. The other processing plant name Posco-MPPC, in Celaya city in the state of Guanajuato with designed an annual autosheet production capacity of 110,000 tons respectively. In the meantime, Posco’s autosheet expansion is in response to rapidly growing demand from carmakers with plants in Mexico such as General Motors, Volkswagen and Japanese firms like Honda Motor and Mazda Motor according to reported.
