Apparel and footwear online retailer, ideeli has officially changed its name to become ideel.
Since being acquired by Groupon earlier this year, ideel has expanded its offerings in women’s apparel, shoes, home and men’s.
At the same it also tested the use of “ideel” branding across its ecommerce site. Ideel said, the mobile site will transition before the end of the year.
Including the brand name, it has also changed its website address and also it’s branding - on and off the website.
“Coco Chanel once said that simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance and the new look and feel of ‘ideel’ helps us get closer to that ideal,” said Lisa Kennedy, President of ideel.
She added, “This new name and design fits a fast-growing apparel flash sales site, delivering an amazing experience for our customers and our partners at some of the world’s best brands.”
Ideel said, its number one priority has always been to create the quintessential shopping experience for members and it is furthering this commitment by rolling out ideelist, a loyalty program that increasingly rewards program members.
ideel will also continue to make fashion accessible for all, regardless of size or budget, by revamping its plus size category offerings.
