Pharmaceutical CRM provider Cegedim Relationship Management said that Actelion Pharmaceuticals Russia has installed a new life sciences customer relationship management (CRM) solution, cloud-based Mobile Intelligence.
Cloud-based Mobile Intelligence will help Actelion to track, analyze and improve interactions between key opinion leaders and customers in Russia.
Actelion sought a mobile CRM toolkit that could deliver robust functionalities to streamline, centralize and control their operations due to a growing patient base.
Mobile Intelligence's cross-functionality allows Actelion to deploy field-forces since they now have a clearer picture of their customers' actions in the emerging market.
Cegedim Relationship Management president EMEA & APAC Stefan Janssens said that the company's mobile CRM solution promotes the market intelligence that is vital to capitalizing on new growth opportunities.
"Actelion Pharmaceuticals can now attain superior field user efficiency with our integrated suite of game-changing data and CRM solutions," Janssens added.
Actelion will also deploy OneKey embedded solution, which is the comprehensive healthcare provider database.
