The programme included briefings on the latest fire safety and security regulations and technologies, as well as information on employers’ legal responsibilities for protecting employees. It also featured a discussion on the increasing role that the Internet is playing in the development of new monitoring and CCTV capabilities, and a practical demonstration of how to tackle a fire using a fire extinguisher.
The seminars took place in Stevenage, Leatherhead, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birkenshaw, Bristol, Plymouth and Aberdeen, with an on-line delegate resource pack sent to all attendees following the event.
