Chubb Fire & Security UK provided more than 500 business owners and managers with essential information and advice on keeping their people and premises safe and secure as part of a free seminar open to all businesses in the UK. The programme included briefings on the latest fire safety and security regulations and technologies, as well as information on employers’ legal responsibilities for protecting employees. It also featured a discussion on the increasing role that the Internet is playing in the development of new monitoring and CCTV capabilities, and a practical demonstration of how to tackle a fire using a fire extinguisher.

The seminars took place in Stevenage, Leatherhead, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birkenshaw, Bristol, Plymouth and Aberdeen, with an on-line delegate resource pack sent to all attendees following the event.
