Go Gaga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey was sold exclusively at Target

Baby toy firm Infantino has had to recall191,000 Go Gaga Squeeze & Teethe Coco the Monkey teething toys due to them containing a choking hazard.

The teething toys were made of soft orange rubber and shaped, as the name suggests, like a monkey.

Infantino has recieved seven reports of infants choking or gagging on the monkey's tail, but no injuries have been reported.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission said: 'Consumers should immediately take the recalled products away from infants and contact Infantino to receive a free replacement toy.'

The toy had been sold exclusive at Target stores nationwide and online from December 2012.
