Integrated packaging products provider Pro Mach’s division ID Technology has acquired Colet, a label manufacturer and packaging supplies provider in Toronto, Ontario.
Following the acquisition Colet will serve as ID Technology's first label converting and production facility in Canada.
This will enable ID Technology to provide a regional base for continued growth and support and serve Canadian customers.
Pro Mach Identification and Tracking Business Unit President Bob Zuilhof said Colet bolsters the company's ability to respond well to Canadian customers.
"Colet's capabilities and like-minded approach to customer service excellence fits well with ID Technology and our goal to be North America's most trusted specialist for labeling, coding, and marking solutions," Zuilhof added.
ID Technology, which provides labeling, coding, and marking equipment, services, labels, and related supplies, operates five manufacturing centers and 18 regional customer support offices across the US and now Canada.
Colet manufactures custom color, pre-printed bar code and data labels, blank labels, and specialty expandable, embossed and holographic labels.
